With the new new Colorado House Bill 1291 requiring dash cams be running 100% of the time and Uber handles the footage. Uber has made a statement that it will leave the entire state if this bill is passed. Is this just another Uber idle threat? Crying Wolf? Or is Uber really planning on exiting the state of Colorado?
